 Loeb Lake, Saint Paul Our Mission The mission of the District 6 Planning Council is to continue to improve the quality of life in the community by supporting active and engaged residents with programming that educates, develops leadership and promotes participation. Board Meetings The Planning Council usually meets the 1st Monday of each month from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. The Board of Directors are responsible for carrying out the mission of the District Council.
Land Use Task Force The Land Use Task Force (LUTF) usually meets the 4th Tuesday of each month from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. The LUTF focuses on issues pertaining to utilization of land including but not limited to zoning, licensing and public improvements. The LUTF also discusses current issues surrounding problem properties, vacant buildings, and environmental issues. Planning Council Boundaries
